Do we have to work in Japanese to brief you?
No. You brief and manage everything in English. The systems work across Japanese and English underneath, so the language barrier sits in the software instead of in your team's overtime.
What does it cost?
Voice agents start at 45,000 yen a month plus a 75,000 yen setup fee for 1 to 5 staff and around 500 call minutes. The Professional tier is 90,000 yen a month plus 150,000 yen setup for 5 to 20 staff and around 1,500 call minutes. AI strategy scoping runs 150,000, 440,000 or 1,500,000 yen depending on depth. All prices exclude the 10% consumption tax.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There is no fixed term. You can cancel any monthly service with 30 days' notice. We start with a free AI audit and prove the value on one pilot before anything scales.
Does our data stay in Japan?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Our current stack is not hosted in Japan. What we do offer is APPI-aware handling, a data-processing agreement under Japanese law, and minimal retention: only what the work requires.
